Intervento del Movimento Progetto Piemonte sull’iniziativa referendaria per l’annessione alla Valle d’Aosta

Lettera aperta al Sindaco di Ceresole e Locana

Egregi Signori Sindaci,
appreso da notizie di stampa dell’intenzione delle Municipalità di Ceresole Reale e di Locana di
avviare l’iter referendario, nei termini e nei modi previsti dalla legge, per il passaggio dei rispettivi
Comuni dal Piemonte alla Valle d’Aosta, nell’ambito dell’iniziativa promossa dall’Ass.Comi.Conf. –
Associazione Comuni Confinanti, questa ha sollevato all’interno Movement of the Piedmont Project
considerable concern, especially in the aspect of practical relapse.
Before considering the merits of the statement I would like to clarify what the Movement Porgetto Piedmont. The Piedmont Project
Movement is a political movement open, secular and non-denominational, born to
initiative of a group of citizens of Piedmont in Casale Monferrato, the ancient capital of Monferrato
June 24, 2009, the feast of the patron saint of Turin.
Its primary objective is the attainment of the Special Statute for Piedmont
modeled on those already existing under the Constitution which is the reference point
founding of the Movement insieme ai valori di libertà ed autonomia contenuti nella Carta di Chivasso.
Fatta questa indispensabile premessa e ritornando alla affermazione principale vorrei evidenziare
che l’iniziativa – intrapresa d’intesa e in coordinamento con l’Ass.Comi.Conf. – sostanzialmente
non convince, anche perché – ammesso e non concesso che l’iter referendario abbia esito positivo
– per fare un matrimonio occorre essere in due e le dichiarazioni del Presidente della Regione
Valle d’Aosta vanno esattamente nel senso opposto da quello auspicato.
Un secondo aspetto, poi, è che – sempre ammesso e non concesso che Ceresole Reale e Locana
diventino comuni Valle d'Aosta Autonomous Region - the problem of not

civil and constructive, with the institutions of Piedmont, from the Region and the provinces
concerned, so that solutions can be found from
territory and the territory and not waiting for the Roman charity, involving not only the world of politics but also practitioners
economic and social realities that we work and live.
This would be a real affirmation of autonomy of the territory and the Piedmont and
, why not a first step, which starts from the mountains of Piedmont
